Jackson leads the structural projects. His expertise is heavy in residential structural engineering, mainly consisting of custom homes, multi units, accessory structures, remodels, additions, and post frame buildings.

Tom leads all civil projects. He is well versed in civil site plans, the majority being commercial improvements and residential land development. His skills in grading, utility design, and client/city coordination promote successful projects.
